Quicksilver isintroducing four additional fibreglass-hulled boats for nextboating season, its new flagship 890 Cruiser, an 800 CommanderWalkAround and two more in the Commander range, the 635 and 555. Ithas also upgraded the 630 Pilothouse and 530 Flamingo. The new Quicksilver890 Cruiser, which will carry seven people and sleep four, is afully-featured overnight boat with sun deck and fishing facilities.A Navman 6600 Track Fish, which combines GPS, plotter and fishfinder, is standard. Standard power is from twin Mercury MerCruiser4.3L multiport fuel-injected sterndrives.
At 7.85-metres loa,the new 800 Commander WalkAround is a centre-console boat withovernight accommodation. It will be pre-rigged with Mercury orMariner Verado power, the first-ever supercharged outboardpackage.
Also new for 2005is the wide-beamed 555 Commander, with its innovative styling andspacious decks. Hydraulic steering is standard.
Quicksilver'supgraded 630 Pilothouse includes a new sliding door, a level deckbetween the steering station and cockpit, plus a range offisherman-friendly accessories, all as standard. It is availablewith outboard power or in diesel sterndrive configuration. Alsoupgraded is the 530 Flamingo, with a redesigned cabin that featuresa Plexiglas skylight in the roof. For up to five people, it can bepowered by a Mercury or Mariner 90HP (67kW) outboard.
Every Quicksilverboat carries a three-year structural hull warranty.
